This app is extremely overpriced and the only way to cancel is to go to the website. Absolutely a scam, the best puzzles only have a few levels and then you are locked out. The rest are useless. And they bump the price to $70 on auto renewal. Avoid a headache and pass on this app

DO NOT PURCHASE. they’ve scammed hundreds of dollars from me and others and are not allowing me to cancel the subscription.

This app was incredibly easy to sign up for but very challenging to cancel. Most of the “games” were of little use and often had glitches. 
I had tried to cancel my subscription and I believed that I had, however, since I signed up through their website it did not show up under my subscriptions. I did not receive an email when I would be charged and only realized I was being charged $60/month because I saw it on my credit card statement. 
I reached out to the company very disgruntled about paying $240 for an app that did not work and I did not use, and their response was basically tough luck.

**Developer response:** We apologise for the trouble you encountered. We believe you did not cancel your subscription properly the first time. It is quite easy to do. To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription. If you purchased your subscription on our website, you can cancel it there as well. Simply log in to your account at BrainBloom, go to Subscription Management, and select the subscription you'd like to cancel. Red code for this app. Without any prompt response to the request. Once you only mistakenly clicked Apple Pay the product in which not really like what’s offered in the advertising. They’ve determined to scammed you as proof of internet servers policy. This app is supposed to get police deployed and investigate out of all many review of fraudulent. Such wicked.

This app says it was free and charged me $49 dollars twice in one month. Do not purchase this app, or download it at all. My bank actually denied my charged back and my apple account has no charge only free it but it came out of my bank account so I’m out of $100 I wish I can give it 0 stars

After reading favorable reviews, I decided to try the app but it wasn’t for me. After the free trial period, I was charged $49.99. Tried to get a refund, but like others, found it difficult to navigate the multiple steps to cancel the subscription. By that time 2 days passed and I was denied a refund. Just another app seeking to grab money.
