When you go to cancel you can’t find them easily and forget. This is what BRAINBLOOM scammers depend on. But if you do manage to cancel they will do their upmost to get you back in by offering you what you paid for at the tiniest amount. I GOT onto BRAINBLOOM vulnerable state, just diagnosed with cancer and on chemotherapy and was very ill at the time. They refused a refund to me but I haven’t finished with them yet. 0 out of 10 from me. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade at all. I paid with PAYPAL, so glad I didn’t pay with a credit card. ### 3/5 — Word finder problem *2026-04-11* The word finder function has glitches. The color disappears sometimes & I need to try to trick it into staying. The other games are quick, but this one goes on & on, can’t leave it & go to the next game. **Developer response:** We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is a cheater company that takes advantage of people and charges a lot of money. They should not be allowed on the Apple platform ### 1/5 — A Scam - Do not install *2026-04-01, version 1.27* As many other reviewers have said, this app charges an exorbitant amount monthly for “in-app purchases” that you have not approved—and they provide no easy way to Cancel and no refunds. I tried to cancel my subscription however, the directions they provided did not allow me to Cancel it after trying multiple times over the last couple of weeks and then emailed support asking if they could cancel it because I have been charged $50 for a monthly subscription which is outrageous and they canceled the subscription but said they couldn’t refund scam and a rip off I do not recommend **Developer response:** We are deeply sorry to hear about your negative experience. Support is slow, not helpful in resolving. I have an iPhone and followed prompts from the app when subscribing, however it does not show up on my Apple purchases where they tell me I must go to request a refund. I will have to go American Express to file a claim after no assistance from BrainBloom customer service. The games will cause you to get stuck at level 10-11 because they are too hard and time out. Filed a dispute and they claim that I couldn’t find my account because my email was off by a letter. Ha! Right! The game worked and you got my money each month and Apple has my default email! Run! Don’t buy! Save you money and get a free duel n back app. Also on top of being lazy they fraudulently charged me $50 out of no where I paid an initial monthly charge then boom random $50 on my card the support was awful as well no response on my first go and I still never got a refund. Absolutely a scam, the best puzzles only have a few levels and then you are locked out. The rest are useless. And they bump the price to $70 on auto renewal. Most of the “games” were of little use and often had glitches. I had tried to cancel my subscription and I believed that I had, however, since I signed up through their website it did not show up under my subscriptions. I did not receive an email when I would be charged and only realized I was being charged $60/month because I saw it on my credit card statement. I reached out to the company very disgruntled about paying $240 for an app that did not work and I did not use, and their response was basically tough luck. **Developer response:** We apologise for the trouble you encountered. Once you only mistakenly clicked Apple Pay the product in which not really like what’s offered in the advertising. They’ve determined to scammed you as proof of internet servers policy. This app is supposed to get police deployed and investigate out of all many review of fraudulent.
