As I was reviewing my subscriptions, I noticed that the app was going to bill me again in April. This is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate this to Apple. ### 1/5 — Deceptive Practices And Lies For A Review And Post *2024-09-09, version 3.0* The Developer is deceptive. They give you full access just to get you to give them a good review. They constantly harass you to post and after you post and review they remove your app access and force you to pay for a subscription. It has been working flawlessly for the past 10 days. However, since the recent update, the YouTube summary transcription feature seems to be malfunctioning. I kindly request you to address this issue and provide a fix in the upcoming update.This is one of the best app I love for YouTube summary. Previously it was working very nicely since 10 days. That is the reason since the recent update YouTube summary transcription is not working. Please fix it in the next coming update. ### 2/5 — ZERO CUSTOMER RESPONSE *2025-03-31, version 3.0* There’s a reason this app hasn’t been updated in eight months. It didn’t takeoff in the way they thought it would now they’re just walking away. I really like this app, but what I don’t like is how it fails regularly disabling you from doing anything at all. I have now reached out to customer service with photo documented evidence of the issue and have still not heard back from them. Given how dependent these app developers would prefer you were on their app, you would think they would get back to you in a timely manner. Not the case. Move on. ### 3/5 — It’s not working anymore *2023-10-26* I’ve been using this app for the past 6 or 7 months now. It’s been a great help to expedite my writing work. I am aware that it’s not able to get online and cuts off at 2021, so you can’t ask things about current events. I am okay with that. However, it’s been probably 3 days that I opened the app like any other day to help me write some emails and I keep getting this pop-up message “Sorry! You’ve reached your limit”. I’ve tried to find a support email but it’s not available anywhere. I was happy to continue to pay for their subscription but this is very inconvenient and frustrating so I will be cancelling as soon as I finish writing this review. If support ever reaches out and fix this issue, I may consider to come back because it really is a helpful app. But they need to update their customer services to make it better, they’re lacking there! ### 3/5 — BrainBubble *2023-07-28* I did the free trial, and I think the app has great potential. The thing that I was unhappy about was I was interested in possibly a yearly purchase, not doing monthly or weekly. And after looking on the app and trying to send a message to Support which they don’t have on there, the only way I could express my views is through writing a review. Again the app is a very good app has great potential but I think the pricing should be adjusted to give those who want to purchase it and opportunity. It was so easy,only thing I had to do was fill in the boxes and press generate and it created an amazing cover letter for her. This new AI is out of this world!
