You don’t get any response from support. There are no drawing winners announced every month although you still “earn tickets” for the drawing. Now I can’t even use the app because it’s giving me a server error. So, I’m forced to cancel my subscription. That said, it is (or was) a very good app. My rating is based on its current status. Brain buddy is a legal shell company and the privacy policy doesn’t inspire confidence that they are not selling your data. Why should you care if they are selling your data? After launch, it stays on a blue screen for ~20 seconds, then turns black and nothing happens. Issue was reported (incl. screen recording and steps), but no meaningful response from the developer. If iOS 15 is no longer supported, this should be clearly stated. It was extremely helpful to keep me accountable and remind myself to not view porn, an addiction I really struggled with prior to finding the app. I’ve loved seeing my tracker go up and up and was intending on using it for as long as possible so I could remind myself how far I’ve come. Although within the last week, whenever I open the app I get a blank, dark blue screen and it won’t let me into the app any longer. I want to keep using it, but deleting the app would delete my data on it and I don’t want over 1400 porn free days to vanish.
