Something that I just randomly decided to and surprisingly turned in to a exciting new tradition that my kids and I do just about every day of the week. They even started coming up with questions on their own to ask as well and I am hoping this app gives me another source to learn something new and get trivia questions from! I haven't read a lot in the app but good information so far! After I have had the app for a while I will leave another review 😃 ### 1/5 — Should be called "Brainwashed" *2017-01-15, version 2.0* They have lots of videos with left wing liberal OPINIONS and not facts. I'm a political moderate but I don't want my kids brainwashed by some stupid app and that's exactly what this app is trying to do. For example, the video called "the problem with the electoral college" points out left wing opinions but completely fails to explain the history behind it or why it was included on our constitution in the first place which would allow the viewer to come up with their own opinion. This just tells them it's bad. There are several other examples of brainwashing videos in this app. Deleted. ### 5/5 — Super fun and educational for kids and adults! *2016-11-06, version 2.0* I found this app by googling "educational videos for kids" when I was tired of my son watching Minecraft videos! It's awesome! He watched four in a row right away and I loved it! It's my new "go to" place for him ....thank you Brainfeed! ### 5/5 — Educational app that's actually fun to use *2016-11-01, version 2.0* What a wonderful app. My kids are 8 and 9 and it's difficult to find anything educational that doesn't seem like a chore for them. The interface invites browsing through the subjects. I can't gauge yet how much they're learning and retaining, but the quality of the content is very good and much of it is drawn from some known sources that teachers use. Here's a key point... I would much rather have my kids thumbing through videos here than on YouTube or by searching on Google, where who knows what kind of garbage will show up, even in the ads. The buffering makes content unwatchable and ended up frustrating the kids. For example, we’re currently learning about space so, as we read through our books, I search for videos that go along with that day’s reading. It helps keep the kids’ attention and it’s a good way to help out my more visual learners. I also like that I can tell my older kids to find a video on a topic they’re independently learning about without worrying about what sorts of videos they might accidentally see. Youtube is not a good option for us because I can’t control the content they’ll come across.
