Plans change sometimes. Ability to leave notes on a route, in case route is interrupted for what ever reason. As a maintenance tech for multiple locations I would like to be able to have multiple scrubbers from multiple sites. And this app. ### 4/5 — Store Manager *2024-08-09, version 2.4.0* Can the 7 day look give the true total hours for week to date usage. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Hatred *2026-02-20, version 2.22.0* Absolutely useless, anyone who uses the auto scrubber will agree, the app is super slow and only useful 1/10 times, literally all it’s good for is remotely starting the machine or finding out where it is, which would be good if it wasn’t incredibly bad and slow at it. It’s unironically quicker to traverse the entire store to find it than to wait for the app to figure it out. I only downloaded the app because my supervisor made me. ### 1/5 — Auto app log out after 5 days is dumb *2022-10-15, version 1.11.0* You should make an account to link with the machine. I should have the option of permanently linking with the machine and not automatically disconnect after 5 days. If you’re on site every day that would be fine. But as an account manager where I’m not at this account every day, this is TERRIBLY frustrating. ### 2/5 — Crashes after sync *2025-12-09* The app crashes immediately after syncing with the scrubber. If I try to open the app again it crashes again. If I close the app and restart it I get the main scrubber menu. The entire time I was connected?! This much is a simple thing to get around. Sync, crash, reboot, get to work. But I can’t control how many days I am connected! This is the biggest thing that I want fixed. After that everything will be perfect ### 3/5 — Store Rankings Disappeared *2026-05-19, version 2.26.0* When we ran the T7 unit we could see the metrics of how the different stores did by market, region, division, and The United States. Since starting operation with the Rovr X6, we can no longer see that data. The Robot at are store works pretty well , I wish It could go from one plaque to another when in Programming mode to save time we have 4 plaques/ QR codes or sections in our store I am not boss so I can’t print additional QR codes Let me back up a second QR code 1 QR code 2 QR code 3 QR code 4. Each one has a different QR code But you can’t train the Robot to go from 1 to 2 And so on because it will not work, I have tried it If you could train it to go from 1-2-3-4 without having to move it around the store it would save time , thanks for your time ### 3/5 — Versions 2.2.0 update *2024-07-15* We’re liking the additional information and all the stats that this app provides. The push notifications are very helpful as well. However since this latest update of 2.2.0 every time I clear or delete notifications from the app, my screen blanks out and freezes.
