I emailed support and have not received a reply or any help. At $60 this is one of the most expensive apps I have and it doesn’t even work. ### 5/5 — I use this every day for ESL classes for young learners *2021-04-16, version 1.0.7* Are use this app so often that it has become a signature of mine when teaching ESL classes. Students really enjoy the visual imagery and also the level of vocabulary and reading comprehension that they have garnered from the exercises within this app. Best part about it, is that it’s a one time fee and no subsequent subscription fees. I highly recommend anyone who teaches English as a second language to pre-primary school kids, to get this app. Note: as of April 15, 2021, the app does not work with the current iOS. I bought all the levels. The application was accidentally deleted from the iped. now all levels of Brainpop ELL are locked in my Iped. I was using the application without username and password. I pressed the Restore button but the problem was not solved. I emailed to company of Brainpop ELL 3 times, but they did not solve my problem. I'm an English teacher and I thought I'd introduce the app to two private students. Apparently I should have tested it more completely, as only about half of a lesson sections worked properly.
