I’m a kid so I’m writing my own review when I opened the BrainPOP there’s almost nothing to do. so if you want lots of people to watch it, you have to put everything free. The BrainPOP website said our username is expired so we cannot login to manage subscription ( and thus to check for account cancellation), but they still keep charging us. I have to cancel my credit card instead. When I contacted the support team, there was only auto message reply that I should login to the app to do cancellation. And then once we got an account we were getting error messages from all the videos, then I checked the Wi-Fi, full bars, restarted the app, and eventually restarted my IPad, and guess what? Still not working. If they want you to pay 350$ a year but yet the free trial can’t even perform! We have been using this app in homeschool for about 4 years now, and they have been enthusiastic about it since the beginning. We usually watch 3 videos together, once or twice a week. Each of my two kids get to pick one video they want to see and then mom gets a pick. I’ve never heard any complaints, rather- I HAVE heard, “Can we do BrainPop today?”.
