How it works

• Set your limit, from a few minutes to a couple of hours.
• Get a notification the moment you cross it—and again at every interval after, if you keep going.

• A Control Center toggle to start or stop BrainStop in a single tap.

Private by design
BrainStop is built on Apple's Screen Time technology. Your usage data never leaves your device—BrainStop can't see what you do in your apps, only that a time limit has been reached. Nothing is collected, tracked, or sent anywhere.
