Often I tap on the item and nothing happens so my score is always low. I can clearly see which bag I’m looking for yet there is no reaction on the screen. Unless this is sorted soon I’ll probably give up the app altogether. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I removed the app for that reason. ### 3/5 — A good initiative but glitchy *2025-12-12* Most of it runs ok but there were instances where it was glitchy and frustrating. On one occasion I’d click on the correct luggage but it wouldn’t work. The recent India navigation test has an error in the return section. The correct answer has the three wind turbines in the wrong position. My test results only show that I did a couple of the India components whereas I did them all ### 3/5 — BrainTrack *2025-11-19, version 2.0.1* On the check in there is no option for a healthy whole foods vegan diet. On baggage collection I was tapping the correct bag but it wasn’t collecting it. Using my iPhone. And I have just put in ten different nicknames but my review is not being accepted! Annoying now! ### 3/5 — Too many reminders for no purpose *2025-05-25* I’ve done one country and have several weeks to wait before I can do anything further on the app. I have however had at least 3 notifications just in the past week reminding me to get back to the app. Makes no sense. I want to be reminded when it’s actually time to go again but spurious reminders make me want to turn off notifications. On that point, there’s nowhere on the app for notification settings (and also nowhere to submit feedback) so I’d have to turn off notifications at the phone settings end. I would much rather have options in the app how often / what type of notifications I receive. As for the actual games, I’ll make a call on that after I’ve done another country or two. (Some things felt confusing but it may just have been the newness of the app). ### 3/5 — Some issues *2025-01-09* I generally find it helpful, but as some other users have noted, the tap in baggage claim is not always responsive. Also the city map needs a complete redesign. I had trouble understanding the instructions and thought it must be me, even though it’s the only one I do. I checked with others with zero cognitive decline and they don’t get it either. Perhaps instead of what exit do you take, it would be clearer and more help to ask do you turn left or right to get to destination. ### 4/5 — Can’t read info in meet and greet *2024-11-18* I can’t find anywhere to report bugs, so I’m leaving one here. Meet and greet has the text info about the pictures cut off so you can’t read it. Which means that game is unplayable. Otherwise enjoying the app. ### 3/5 — Baggage claim *2024-11-16* Generally speaking I enjoy this game. However, I’m frustrated by the lack of touch sensitivity when playing the “baggage claim” game. Often, repeated taps on the bag in question does not register, particularly with the final game which has the bags moving faster. The current game gave me a score of only 37%, even though I tapped (sometimes repeatedly) the correct bag and my tap did not register. I am tapping the centre of the bag and quite firmly. I’m using an iPad. Any suggestions to improve this will be appreciated. ### 3/5 — What is the correct answer *2024-09-30, version 1.1.5* Would be good if you were shown after the test where you went wrong. One question I got 25% but have no idea who I was meant to calculate the correct answers ### 4/5 — Enjoyable activites *2024-08-21* My only negative comment is that I cannot see where I have lost points. Some questions are a bit confusing and if I have the correct answer, I could see where I made a mistake and correct this. ### 4/5 — Can’t properly tap for Baggage Claim *2024-05-18, version 1.1.5* Great app that is very useful to check your thinking. My only gripe is that my taps for Baggage Claim aren’t registering. I don’t want to peel off my screen protector as tapping is usually no problem. ### 4/5 — Genuinely a good game a insightful *2023-08-06* I can’t believe how well put together and gamey they have been able to construct these tests. It is so clever and you won’t think you are doing any sort of boring self assessment just a Sunday afternoon puzzle from the paper. ### 4/5 — Reports not available still *2023-06-29* I was able to get results until last month and each time I try, it says “null check operator based on a null value”. While it is fun to play, it is rather pointless without the reports. Thanks! ### 3/5 — BUG *2023-06-28, version 1.1.2* The app is still not allowing to Send Reports and now after the update I cannot access the Home Screen, or Settings Pages or Send Reports. I also scored 0% on one activity which I believe may be a mistake/bug. ### 4/5 — Great App *2023-03-28, version 1.0.6* I really like this app but in the recognition of emotions I can’t see the faces/eyes as the question covers them. Makes it really difficult to make a decision. Needs to be adjusted for earlier iPhones. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Missing information *2025-09-14, version 1.1.5* Does not include any information in ‘Meet and greet’ besides name and picture, therefore unable to use app ### 1/5 — Results difficult to figure out *2024-06-15* When I’ve scored poorly, I’ve been confused about why I scored poorly because there’s no way to find out the correct answers afterwards or see WHERE/HOW I went wrong. Maybe I didn’t understand something correctly so this is different to not being able to work something out. Some of the tests might be more about having poor spatial skills (as I might have had even as a young person) rather than cognitive issues! I’m disappointed with these limitations. I want to see the correct answers afterwards so I can understand where I went wrong. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-05-28, version 1.1.0* This app is not useable because you are unable to scroll down to read information or complete tasks. Have deleted and reinstalled, still a problem. ### 1/5 — I couldn’t get past the setup as screen didn’t roll *2022-11-05, version 1.0.5* Waste of time I couldn’t even get past a few questions as the screen didn’t roll for me to make my selection. ### 1/5 — Beware: Harvesting Data of Users App Use *2022-10-13* Downloaded the app, chose not to participate in data collection, and used the app for a few minutes. Then checked App Privacy Report within Privacy & Security in iPhone Settings: this app collects and uses a great deal of user tracking that is used by advertising companies and data brokers. By using this app users are sharing data and adding to profiles for Facebook, Google, and other advertisers and data brokers. Domains contacted indicate this this app is even linked to LinkedIn/ Microsoft. Still love this app. Been using it for a few years now so have collected a bunch of data which allows me to keep an eye on my brain health. However, even though they fixed the original bug on “choose your bag” I found on the French tour that level 3 is still very un-responsive. Not one of my taps was recorded on my iPhone 12 Pro. ### 5/5 — Good check up *2026-05-21* Having completed this for a about 2 years I find it a good safety check to confirm I’m ok. As I’m widowed, friends see your decline but find it hard to tell you until it is really bad. I can follow a map very easily getting to and from but find the app map very hard on my return as I leave the map facing north and the app shows just going forward it throws my mind off. Interesting experience, as I’m good at some tests and poor at others. Worth doing - Jim. ### 5/5 — Enjoying this app, and have some feedback *2023-12-04* I’ve been ‘playing’ this app for 11 months now. I save my results each month so I can see how I’m tracking. I think the app is good, however I’d like to comment on what I feel are inconsistencies. The City Tour makes you choose the correct response before you proceed which I find unusual as it then means you get 100% for this game. All other ‘games’ just tell you your % correct, but not where you went wrong. I’ve just completed my 11th city and would really like to know what my mistakes were. I’d also like to see in the report how I’m tracking over the times I’ve played not just how I went on this game. Overall. The app has obviously been designed for Users who don’t magnify the text on the phone. My vision isn’t great so I do have my text magnified. The app developers need to work out a way to allow a responsive resolution.
