## What is Brainttok?

Brainttok is an application that contains body/brain exercises and games to improve your physical and cognitive abilities.

Body exercises use the camera of your device to detect your movements and evaluate them. Follow the coach's instructions and discover what are your strengths and weaknesses at the end of the exercise.


The app also provides various and complex brain stimulations to improve cognitive functions. Indeed, the app gives you the possibility to strengthen visual and auditory concentration, response speed, coordination, memory, numeracy, spatial, language, and strategic thinking.
