The interface is easy to use, though you do have to learn what the Greek letters look like. No ads, no gimmicks. I have used this app about 4 times a week for years now. Love that you can change the carrier and beat, add music, light flash (beats paying $900 for a BrainTap) mix the levels and set a timer. The only thing that would be this hands down the most superior app was if you could modulate the beat frequency over time to prevent habituation and be able to play other audio from music apps. I set binaural rate to less than 4hz and ambience to pink noise or rain (my preference). My only gripe is the ambient sound (pink and white) has a very noticeable break in continuity that, at times, has broken my sleep. Rain sounds are less noticeable. I really like the interface, clean and easy to use. Couple things, when selecting your own base frequency with the slide it is difficult to get the frequency you want. If I could make a suggestion, allow us to tap on the base frequency and enter the frequency via the keyboard. The other thing is to increase the upper base frequency of 600 to 1000.
