Used to be good, easy to operate and look up wanted recordings. I have purchased multiple (though with a different account). Nowadays it is littered with advertising and the search function is counterintuitive, particularly if you do not have experience with the app. Can’t easily navigate through menus or seek through recording. They now force you to subscribe to remove ads etc. so what you purchased a long time ago is obsolette. You can no longer purchase an individual recording for lifetime access. ### 2/5 — Purchasing *2026-05-23* I enjoy this app very much. Tried clicking “customer support” in app but very confusing how that works. On putting in message and email and pressing “submit” two boxes appear at bottom of screen - FAQ and email. FAQ is useless for sound issues. Pressing “email” opens a page saying details of device are needed and are presented automatically at bottom of page. There is a blue upward arrow to presumably send message but my message is not included in this page. So pasted it in. On pressing the arrow there is no indication or confirmation message is sent. So I cc’d myself. Message was sent but after many hours received no acknowledgment of email. For AUD20 a month or $240 a year they need to provide much better technical support particularly in regard to sound issues with the app. Eventually got a response from customer service. Customer service agent offered no technical solutions. I requested technical support but no response. App continues to have faint crackling distortion on tracks.
