BEWARE It is a little awkward to use as the tick boxes are not visible until after you click on them. Many other similar schemes are available for a better price with more intuitive interface. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DO IT *2026-06-26, version 2.4.0* This app and entire system is designed to keep charging you even AFTER canceling. I had to cancel by contacting “customer service” because canceling via the app is impossible. Even after canceling, I was charged again. An absolute scam that only wants your money. ### 1/5 — These people are conmen or women *2026-06-11, version 2.4.0* Do not even sign up for the free trial, because if you do, your bank account will have £31.98 taken from it the following month without your permission. They also email you a free book called Walking Yoga, which even if you do not claim, they will charge you £112. It is a total scam. When I asked for a refund this is the reply I got: Regarding the £31.98 Brainway charge, I understand this is upsetting, especially as you were expecting a trial. En revanche, l’abonnement Brainway principal était encore actif. Je viens maintenant de l’annuler également, donc il n’y aura pas de futurs renouvellements pour cet abonnement. Vous conserverez l’accès jusqu’à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Concernant les montants déjà prélevés, je suis sincèrement désolée, mais nous ne pouvons pas procéder à un remboursement. Comme il s’agit d’un produit numérique, les achats et renouvellements déjà traités sont définitifs. The interface is complex and non-intuitive, forcing time consuming entry. Exactly what you don’t want when trying to improve productivity. Looking into it, there is no scientific evidence supporting the approach. I should have checked before buying. The worst feature is relentless upselling for an ecosystem of commercially related apps. Perhaps the only thing this app does effectively is Hoover up personal metrics if you’re patient enough to spend hours on it every day. This app is too much work for a person with ADHD. It wants you to read articles, you’re supposed to check off what your weight is, how you’re feeling what your mood is etc. it give gives zero productivity. I was looking for an app that would send you Reminders time to do this or time to do that and it’s not that at all.. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY *2026-05-13, version 2.4.0* Please think very carefully before signing up to this. The sign up process is very complicated, especially as it’s for people who feel overwhelmed. Their terms are embedded in a whole series of pop up. They will sign you up for things you might not be aware of and the cancellation process is very very tricky and they won’t tell you how to do it until they have taken an enormous amount of money from you. And as much as they claim to want to help, once they have the money, there is no help or understanding. This is just a ploy they use to come across as understanding. If you’re feeling vulnerable and need support actual therapy from a real person would be cheaper. Really horrible company, please avoid or make sure you set an alarm to cancel 10 days before you think you do. Edit: they have no intention of resolving this privately. They still have charged me for services I have not used, was not aware I was signed up to. They still intend to keep my money. I decided to delete the app thinking I had only paid for a 7 day trial period and was angry when a $63 charge direct debited 7 days later. When I signed up I did not sign up for auto renewal anywhere on the page for payment. It was a bunch of essays about how to be productive ? ! I immediately requested a to end the subscription which was not just a one step. I had to email them to request. They confirmed it was cancelled and then I was charged two more times after. They are claiming it’s a “walking yoga” which was offered as part of the initial app purchase and I was under the impression that cancelling the subscription would cancel everything. It’s sooooo fraudulent !!! Obviously trying to take advantage and have unlawfully charged me $70 since the subscription was cancelled. The worst part is I didn’t even use the app!!
