This app is a fantastic tool that has completely transformed how I understand and optimize my mental state. It allows me to easily measure my attention, stress levels and overall mental state, giving me a clear picture of how my brain functions over time and how much energy I’m using throughout the day. This has been invaluable in optimizing my workload and avoiding burnout!

These metrics are legit! Super insightful visualizations that track along with my mental states. Plus, it’s GREAT to know my stress balance is at an optimal level. 

I’m learning tons about my brain thanks to the app. 

I’d love to get a badge or something for being a daily user!!!

There is a lot here to unpack: great new UI and onboarding, updated tracking tools, and MN8 support. The mental state tracking is spot on. I would pay for this app if I had to.
