## What is BrainWins?

BrainWins helps you protect time for the things that matter.

Create reusable Modes for work, study, sleep, or a quick doomscroll reset. Choose distractions through Apple's private Screen Time picker, run a Mode on demand, or add a schedule when you want one. BrainWins receives private control tokens—not the names of the apps you select.

Start a Focus Run when you need an immediate reset. Follow protected minutes, streaks, BrainScore, and your BrainDrive journey. Optional community features let you join friends, crews, challenges, leagues, and focus rooms with in-app report and block controls.

All app-blocking Modes, Focus Runs, progress features, and community features described above require an auto-renewable subscription after onboarding. The current price and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
