I would end up spending well over what I needed if this application actually worked. With the amount of soapers out there and how popular Brambleberry is and Soap Queen is, this app really can go places!!! I just downloaded this, regardless of the reviews I read, and I’m edit deleted it. Nothing loaded, the icons were empty when I first opened the app. I wasn’t even able to log in to my account for Brambleberry! Said it was in incorrect format, yet everything was the same log in info for my web account. And, with all this being said, I wish the website would work better as well. I know Brambleberry gets business and they have the income to get with the times, it’s 2021! You’re loosing the game if you’re not up to speed with the times! Please please please, make this app actually work! You’ll get more business and be more reputable! ### 1/5 — Crappy App *2021-02-16, version 2.0* This app is horrible! It doesn’t even deserve a star. ### 1/5 — Could be awesome *2021-01-17, version 2.0* It would be awesome if they would redevelop this app - I’d use it constantly. As it is now, notttthhhing works. Not one thing. I couldn’t even log into my BB account. Tried to make a new one.. that didn’t work either. Why weight down you phone with a worthless app? Don’t they charge enough to allow them to employ a web designer where at least the pages link? I hate when I have to use Bramble Berry! ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of attention.... *2019-05-05, version 2.0* This app really needs the attention it deserves. For such a reputable company it is a shame how horribly the app works. Especially since the new website update. I used to use this app religiously. Now finding more and more my cherished recipes I save get deleted. Which has now stricken my LAST nerve enough to write a review. That honestly not sure will even make a difference at this point. My own stupidity for not having it all in writing as a safe net. Oh well lesson learned on my part. But it sure would be excellent to have this app to use as the reliable tool it SHOULD be and was initially designed to be. Please show it the love and attention it deserves! ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2019-04-30, version 2.0* Ever since the update I can’t log into my account even though all of my information is the same. Luckily I can use the website just fine ### 2/5 — Nothing loads *2019-03-27, version 2.0* Doesn’t work on my iPhone. Nothing loads from the shop, and every page just says something went wrong. It used to work on an older phone I had, so... I don’t know. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2019-03-22, version 2.0* App doesn’t allow account login. Constantly gives error messages. Fragrance calculator is hit and miss, error message there too. Lye calculator is ok. Better off on another app, with all these error messages, I’m afraid to trust this app at all. ### 1/5 — No longer valid *2019-03-05, version 2.0* They overhauled their website and it now works with smartphones but still needs a lot of adjustments. I’d rather just open an app than type brambleberry in a search engine. I thought I would be able to connect my account and order and get information from it but it does absolutely nothing completely blank. I give it zero stars of Brambleberry products and the website but the app is awful. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-09-06* Nothing loads. Keep getting error when I try to log in. Wants you to log into Facebook, Twitter etc. Is this app supposed to be for Brambleberry or Facebook and Twitter? Maybe I downloaded the wrong app. Anyway, am deleting it immediately. ### 1/5 — Horrendous App- Unusable *2023-07-29* I would love if this app was actually usable for any of the features it claims to have. Every tab you try to open is a blank white page. Completely useless. You would think for the purpose of profit, the effort would be put into AT LEAST making the shopping portion functioning. Needs a new app designer desperately. ### 1/5 — I wish they would work on this app. Right now it is unusable. *2023-07-21* I know Brambleberry is a small company, so I guess they don’t have the money or time to invest in actually making this app work. Which is unfortunate as it would be lovely to have. They should really take it off the App Store until they get it working again if you’re curious, download it and open it and you will see what I am talking about. None of the pictures come up When you first bring up the app. There are errors every time you select anything. It truly looks like a program that was in the middle of being written and then they stopped working on it. Maybe they will make it better in the future, but until then I am deleting it. ### 1/5 — I don’t believe they maintain this app tbh. SMH *2021-08-09, version 2.0* Nothing would load, everything was blank and I don’t feel comfortable trying to buy anything off of it (I doubt I could in the first place since nothing loads). This app would make Bramble Berrians (lol) lives so much easier if it was maintained and kept up-to-date. Please do better! I was excited when I saw it was on the App Store. ### 1/5 — This app need so much work *2021-08-03, version 2.0* This has to be one of the most glitchiest apps I have ever download. You can’t really log in, the Home Screen doesn’t load, you can’t access any of the content. Thank goodness this app was free. This app could be a great pocket guide, but it doesn’t appear anyone wants that task. It’s starting to look outdated. They revamped their website but not their app. ### 3/5 — It's ok. *2018-02-09, version 2.0* I'm disappointed that it won't save my credit card info and that I can't place an order and be able to select the freebie that they offer. I am happy with the fact that I can add my own soap recipes and email them to myself. But I do wish that I could take more than one pic and add it to the recipe. 2 pictures would be nice.
