Bramble helps you take back control of what reaches you online — by blocking it across your whole phone, building daily practices that change the pattern, and bringing trusted people alongside you.

Completed breathing sessions can be saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, so the practice shows up alongside the rest of your well-being data. Bramble writes those minutes and never reads any Health data.

Invite trusted people into your Circle. Share only the signals you choose, send end-to-end encrypted messages, and ask for encouragement when you need it. Your journal stays private.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Bramble's VPN configuration carries DNS requests only — not page contents, passwords, messages, or files. Decisions happen on-device. Protection learning events use SHA-256 domain hashes. When Safari needs help classifying an uncertain page or image, limited content is sent to a contracted classification provider for a verdict.

Bramble has no ads, does not sell data, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Bramble is free. It is a support tool, not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
