Da über den App-Support keine Rückmeldung kam: Es lassen sich mit der App keine Boxen zusammenstellen, zumindest nicht, wenn man nicht das Vielfache bezahlen will. Man wählt die Box aus und will man anschließend diese individuell befüllen, wird einem jeder ausgewählte Donut dazugerechnet. Also bei einer 6er Donut-Box lande ich bei über 50€. Bitte schnellstmöglich ändern!

It’s the most useless food places app I have seen. It asks for location and then picks the wrong location - changing location resets the whole ordering process.

Picking options is very slow, there is seconds of loading on every screen.

The boxes need to be selected manually, discounts are not applied automatically. When picking a box, you just need to be familiar with the vocabulary used by brammibal for every single donut… there are no pictures for boxes selection

I don’t know what’s the point of this app. Who asked for it? You can’t collect any points while walking in, it just addresses a preorders. And delivery service they offer is just expensive.

App crashes, has a lot of bugs and UI is not polished at all. Buttons, texts and icons misaligned. Toggle switches are not behaving correctly and overall janky experience. If it wasn’t for Brammibal’s brand I would think this app was not real.

Ich finde die App wirklich gelungen. Sie ist übersichtlich, funktioniert zuverlässig und das Bonusprogramm mit den Punkten motiviert zusätzlich. Ich nutze sie gerne und unterstütze das auch sehr gerne.

Einen Wunsch hätte ich allerdings: Aktuell sammelt man Punkte nur, wenn man direkt über die App bestellt. Ich fände es schön, wenn man auch bei einer Bestellung vor Ort Punkte erhalten könnte – zum Beispiel über eine digitale Kundenkarte in der Apple Wallet oder über einen QR-Code in der App, den die Mitarbeitenden einfach scannen können.

Gerade wenn im Laden wenig los ist, bestelle ich lieber direkt bei den Mitarbeitenden, statt alles über die App einzugeben. Das fühlt sich persönlicher und oft auch schneller an. Es wäre schön, wenn man dabei trotzdem nicht auf die Bonuspunkte verzichten müsste.

Ansonsten macht die App einen richtig guten Eindruck und ich freue mich schon auf viele weitere Besuche bei Brammibal‘s.

Finally I can get rewards for when I get my weekly donut fix! Often there’s great deals also like bogo on iced drinks. App works very smooth. Thank you!

Ganz schnell über die App bestellt, war direkt abholbereit und bei der ersten Bestellung kann man aktuell noch einen Gutschein für einen Gratis Donut reinmachen. Also total empfehlenswert
