Company raises premiums without justification, has ZERO customer service (they say a 24-48 return call guarantee is “business hours” meaning 3-6 business days), and policies are designed to decline coverage. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Discount Program a Joke *2023-09-19* To save on their Community Drive program (where you feed them your location data continually) they require a score of at least 40/100. My driving was 20/25 stars. How math works is that’s 80%. 80/100. But they just weight it down arbitrarily below 40 to not give any discounts. ### 1/5 — Branch App *2023-07-07* The insurance is great so far! The app…no so much. I signs me out like every other day and does not register my drives for my community drive discount. How am I supposed to earn a discount for my next renewal id you app keeps signing me out and doesn’t track it?! ### 1/5 — Branch with a monkey hanging on it *2023-03-22* Just got my renters with Branch and the app is hot garbage. For whatever reason it won’t even show me payment schedule, only the next payment. Can’t make a change nor a correction .. nothing. I’ve logged out - I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled - nothing eliminates the red dot even though there is NO notification. ### 3/5 — Update?? *2022-12-09* Is there some kinda “update” that was done to the app? I can’t see my policy under the policy tab anymore. Recently, I had to pull my policy papers for something and when I accessed my homeowners policy from aws in “Policy” icon, the screen would not go back to the previous menu and would just get stuck there. I literally had to turn off my cellphone to fix it. There’s no go back menu or “Done” button afterwards or anything.
