Can’t even resize or rotate text and half the time the text has a light opacity. Very limited templates to choose from. The app also crashed twice. Deleting now and canceling expensive paid subscription for this poor quality app. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t open *2019-10-28* It crashes so it doesn’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste Your Time... *2019-09-11* I originally purchased the free version, and after playing around with it a bit and seeing how awful it was- I figured the upgrade much be must better and the free version was purposely poor to annoy you enough into buying the subscription. Nope! It’s just a low quality app. The ability to edit things is complicated, screens are difficult to navigate between, and even when you know exactly what you want to do- the buttons are so close together it makes it impossible to complete the task without wanting to throw your phone across the room. Seriously don’t waste your time. It’s BAD ### 1/5 — Pictures disappear when saving *2019-09-01* I just signed up for the year subscription and when I create the video and I got save....the pictures go away. ### 1/5 — Limited *2019-08-06, version 1.60* No way of changing the dimensions of the output video. Literally useless for Instagram stories which was the only real selling point of an app like this... deleted in minutes. Poor choice of templates and very limited options for customisation. Use Ripl instead... far superior. Subscription for this app is laughable. ### 1/5 — Good but not enough *2019-03-15, version 1.0.1.5* Its works only 19 seconds ### 1/5 — Crashes & Saves 1/2 of Video *2019-02-28* Paid $5 for this app to keep crashing on me while I’m making videos. Then, when I try to save the video, it only saves HALF of it... seriously. I want my money back. Tried to find some sort of app support but website menu tab doesn’t work. Great. **Developer response:** Hey! Thanks for your feedback. The crash bug is now fixed in the upcoming version! You can find contact information under the information button in the first view of the app. Please send us an email and describe what template you are experiencing this problem in and we will fix this in the next update during next week. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you're being charged for a subscription, but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Learn what to do if you still can’t view your subscription. 5. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.1 If you don’t see an option to cancel a particular subscription, then it's already canceled and won't renew. If the subscription recently expired, you should see an expiration date. If you recently canceled the subscription, you should see the date through which you'll have access to the subscription. Sorry, will add a button to do that from the app asap. ### 3/5 — Unable to add photos *2024-06-09, version 2.23* Started well, app looked good. clicked on My Photos and added 5 just to try the app out, had a play with the functions and wanted to add more of my own photos but found no way to do it. I.E. no add photos or add media button even though in My Album . Looked for help icon incase i was doing something wrong and found nothing. Gave to wife just in case it was me.. usually is! Nope she couldn't figure it out either. Sorry Brand Lab, you lost a customer today.🥴 ### 3/5 — Slideshow app *2019-05-25* This app has a fixed number of template that to be filled with only certain amount of pictures that would be played without any animated objects expect the already built in borders and text. ### 2/5 — Crashed twice *2018-12-06* I meant to hit one star.
