No one can create a special or separate post for us. Everything is pre-generated. ### 2/5 — NEED IMPROVEMENT *2025-08-15* As I have subscribed for our greetings post but when festivals start the application’s server is going down and you can not open the application it’s not useful when you necessarily ### 5/5 — Impressive app and support *2025-05-12* I purchased this morning but was not able to remove watermark so WhatsApp them and within 15 mins they addressed my issue and now no more watermark. Also they are helping to remove background from my logo. I am very happy with this investment and highly recommend. I will keep reviewing them as I use their app. ### 5/5 — Business *2025-05-04* Best option for online & also local business platform ### 5/5 — 👍 *2024-11-04* I'm thoroughly impressed with the Brand Baba app! As a business owner, I was looking for a user-friendly and effective way to create marketing posters, and this app has exceeded my expectations. The intuitive interface and vast template options make it easy to design professional-looking posters in minutes. The customization features are also top-notch, allowing me to tailor my designs to perfectly fit my brand. Five stars and highly recommended. ### 5/5 — Perfect product *2024-10-26* Full back end support and easy to use .. many template available. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Brand Baba – One of the Worst Apps I’ve Ever Used! *2026-10-20* My experience with the Brand Baba app has been absolutely terrible. I paid for a lifetime membership, expecting to use the services without any issues, but now I can’t use any of the app’s services at all. The app simply hangs, becomes unresponsive, and is practically useless. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from their end. There are no proper bug fixes, no resolution, and no response to address the issue. After paying for a lifetime membership, being left with an app that doesn’t work and a company that doesn’t seem to care is extremely disappointing. A lifetime membership means nothing if you can’t access the services you paid for. Customers deserve a working app, timely updates, and proper customer support—not silence and unresolved issues. My recommendation: Think twice before spending your money on Brand Baba. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone—not even for free. Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste of money. ### 1/5 — Brand Baba is cheater organization *2026-09-23* Brand Baba is cheating company is only poster maker app and they advertise low amount membership and offer another option to cheat with customer, i have make many times refund request but they did not refund my money, their person confirmed me to refund but they did not refund my money till now, Third class app and third class people, Very Bad experience with Brand Baba ### 1/5 — Worst Experience – Unprofessional & Unresponsive *2026-08-12* I purchased a plan expecting prompt service, but everything went downhill right after the payment was made. There is a massive delay in service delivery, and work is never done on time. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely non-existent—no one ever answers calls or responds to queries. Highly disappointing service. Save your money and look elsewhere! ### 1/5 — Totally Waste of money and Pathetic App *2026-07-01* I took this Brand Baba thinking to create some creatives for my business. But they are worst in service. No timely creative updates ,no response from Customer care , No stock images for your business . It was totally waste of money and very poor user experience . ### 1/5 — Fraud😡 don’t use apps *2026-02-19* Don't download this app because, I have purchased life time subscription but when i download this app then it's asking for new subscription again then i have contacted customer support regarding this issue but they also don't respond, it's been 4 days now but still not responding. Im worried about my money that i have paid. ### 1/5 — Fake *2025-12-10* I saw their add on insta As first they receive call immediately ask to take subscription xyz After payment they stop receiving call and also dont reply on whatsapp zero support i give zero rating to them ### 1/5 — Pathetic and fraud *2025-10-19* i saw this page on insta and offers that you can get subscription of 297/- per year with unlimited photos and videos with letterhead branding with business visitor card as well however i have paid 297/- and page got reflected successful i was happy and then Download the app and checked that they guys are again asking of 399/- payment for per year as 297/- was only one 1 Ad Branding payment. ### 1/5 — Fraud Fraud Fraud *2025-07-04* First of all they are biggest liers ,they are advertising 297 plan for life time free ,once you subscribe they ask more 200 for Frame plan which is also validate for 1 year only,I paid both but still application not working properly, they are neither responding on call nor on WhatsApp ,ધવલભાઈ જોશી સાવ આવું નો હોઈ પૈસા કમાવા માટે જૂઠાણા,ગુજરાત નું નામ ના બગાડો ભાઈ,મને મારા પૈસા રિફંડ આપો યા તો સર્વિસ બરાબર આપો 🤔 ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2025-03-18* Don’t download this app because, I have purchased life time subscription but when i download this app then it’s asking for new subscription again then i have contacted customer support regarding this issue but they also don’t respond, it’s been 4 days now but still not responding. Im worried about my money that i have paid. ### 2/5 — Generally the app is held up *2026-08-27* The app has good templates and the poster options are useful, but it constantly gets stuck on the “Loading…” screen. This happens almost every time I open it — the home screen shows blank placeholders and the spinner just keeps running. I have to force close and reopen, and even then it takes several attempts. Connection is not the issue at my end. Please fix the loading/performance problem, otherwise the app is unusable for quick work. Happy to raise the rating once this is sorted ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best app for marketing *2025-12-26* One of the best apps available at a very negligible price.
