I have missed multiple texts from customers because of that flaw and lost business as a result. Text box doesn’t expand to show your entire message, so I’m forced to create my replies in other apps and copy/paste. For an app that’s supposed to allow me to be more responsive to my clients, losing time & money = FAIL. It’s a fantastic communication app for my clients, well it was until I had the update. Now I have to cancel my subscription as it no longer works with the latest iOS 14.2 update.
