## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.9 — 2026-10-23

A new look for the sign-in screen. Milestones on the Analytics screen can now span several days and show as a shaded band on the Activity Over Time chart. Tapping a notification opens the right conversation or change request. The info tips on Home and Analytics sit squarely under their icons, and the 7-day and 30-day counts match the dashboard. Stability improvements.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-10

Attachments now upload with a progress bar, and you can cancel an upload in progress. Photos and videos upload and download through dedicated servers, so large files move faster and more reliably. Files over 250 MB are caught before the upload starts instead of failing at the end. Stability improvements.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-17

Maintenance release: updated build tooling and under-the-hood improvements. No changes to how you use the app.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-15

Cancelled checklist items now show as cancelled on a request, and the progress count no longer holds them against you.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-22

Multi-request tickets — Submit several requests in a single ticket, each with its own attachments. Add or remove request cards as you go, and track each item's progress individually as our team checks them off.

Chat & connection improvements — More reliable live-chat connections, clearer feedback when a message or request fails to send, and protection against accidental duplicate submissions.

Android keyboard fix — Screens no longer get stuck with a squashed layout after the keyboard closes.

Security & stability — Stronger sign-in session protection, a hardened two-factor flow, signed app updates, and stricter data validation to prevent rare crashes.
