Can become very time consuming. Glad you give 1 point for the time in most cases. ### 2/5 — Qualifying *2026-08-20, version 1.7.15* Ever since the “premium survey” option came about, I feel like it’s way more difficult to qualify for surveys. There might be only one or two a day that I am able to complete anymore that are actually worth the time. Premium surveys are nearly impossible to accomplish. Quality has gone down. But it gets extremely frustrating when you finish a survey and they decide to say you’re either not a match or that it’s full and not give you the points either way. Last night I was on a survey about weed that took literally an hour to complete and I got 28 points for it. It said it would take 10 mins. Just now it took me 30 mins to complete one it said would take 10 mins about banks. Got all the way to the end & was told I wasn’t a match and gave me 1 point! Which equals a penny! I’ve had a few I wasn’t a match for but it told me within a few questions. Then I’ve had several that have gotten me all the way to the end just to tell me I’m not a match! These surveys are time consuming!! And it’s not fair to get all our info, even our names in some of them just to say we’re not a match! That’s something that needs to be fixed. PRONTO! I haven’t tried to cash out yet as I only have $10 on it. But I’ll edit the review when that time comes. I’m also playing games and it’s awarding the points as it should so that’s good. Anyway, fix this glitch or whatever it is cuz I’m weary of doing surveys that take all my info but don’t award me the 59¢ to do them! **Developer response:** We understand why this would be frustrating, especially when a survey takes much longer than estimated or disqualifies you near the end. I noticed when doing the games and they see you getting close to the milestones they will take away points. Also the surveys are sometimes fake. I gave personal info to a few surveys and wasted time out of my day for them to only give 3 points and say I don’t qualify after 15+ minutes of my time and give my info ### 3/5 — Long time to tell you not qualified *2026-08-12, version 1.7.15* Sometimes I’m on a survey for more than 5 Minutes maybe 10 and then told don’t qualify. On a dozen of those occasions I was around or past 50%, and on one occasion I was 85% done with a 20 minute survey. I understand you don’t qualify for them all but when I’ve been doing the entire survey for 15-20 minutes then get that message. It’s frustrating. Tell us within a minute or so if we don’t qualify. They fixed a couple of game issues and were unable to fix others. Regarding takingvlengthybsurveys and being turned down at the end: they do not fix this in my experience. I didn't mind the surveys, though they take a while for very little pay. I did about 8 hrs worth of surveys and got rejected at the END of some of the surveys. I made only about $5. I feel like this is on the survey provider and not on Branded. If you report things, Branded will look into them. I made some money playing games but literally got scammed by one of the games. This is where I drew the line and cancelled my account with Branded. ### 4/5 — Legit, but don’t expect to make a living lol *2026-08-07, version 1.7.15* If you have the expectation of earning a couple extra bucks weekly, maybe for investments or occasional dinner coverage, this is a good app. People expect too much from survey apps and end up being dissatisfied, but you can earn a small chunk of change if you do the surveys. ### 2/5 — Waste of Time *2026-08-02, version 1.7.15* While the content itself is good, the app is so glitchy that it lets you partially (and sometimes fully) complete a survey and then will refuse to move to the next page. I keep getting loading screens that never load, and if you try to leave the page or close the app it says you can’t take the survey anymore (so it won’t save your progress). Decided to write this as one survey continues to try and load (and has been for the last 7 minutes and counting). Not sure if others have better luck in browser, but the app is mostly useless. My time is better spent elsewhere if survey responses for Branded Surveys struggle this much to load or give you credit. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible… *2026-08-19, version 1.7.15* This app at first was decent because it gave me a decent amount of points up until I hit 318 points all of a sudden half the apps that I downloaded, don’t even track onto the app. Also, what I would like to include is the fact that I quite literally did three surveys today and one of them was about 10 minutes. It took 25 minutes for me to complete it because the survey kept freezing. On top of that, I kept getting disqualified on almost every single one, or it would tell me that the survey isn’t available because there’s too many people. The offer wall is absolutely horrible so don’t even bother trying to download any app because as I mentioned above, it doesn’t track anything. I finished about three levels. I should’ve got about at least 20 points in total and I didn’t get a thing. This would’ve been a five star review from me if maybe everything worked correctly. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-08-19, version 1.7.15* At least 25-50% of the surveys you take in this app will not pay you at the end and claim “full” or “not a match”. I’ve sent in some appeals and gotten credited, but now its customer service (based in India because why would these sociopaths love doing things cheaply) straight up lies and it depends on the mood of the whoever it is underpaying on the other side of the world. In the latest batch of rejected appeals, the rep claimed that I didn’t spend more than three minutes in those surveys and wouldn’t be compensated. I know never to send in appeal unless I have been in a survey for more than three minutes, so I knew this was incorrect. I asked for the exact amount of time that I spent in all of these surveys. The rep, Vaishali, then claimed that it was rejected because the provider likely already had my demographics when I finished them. These companies waste my time, steal my data, don’t even pay me a penny, and straight up lie to their users. Branded Surveys is headquartered in California and is subject to CCPA, the California Consumer Protection Act. Branded and its partners are stealing data and not paying users. I have direct evidence that its employees are lying to me and have no doubt they are lying to others. I will be filing a CCPA complaint against them and encourage you to do the same. Let’s get these sociopaths fined out of existence (and hopefully sent to prison for fraud) where they belong. Coincidentally, I live two blocks away from the Branded Surveys headquarters. I might take them to small claims court for the maximum since that’s one thing they can’t outsource to a peasant in India. ### 1/5 — Payout error *2026-08-13, version 1.7.15* I wanted to change my payout option and you little scammers wouldn’t let me. That’s messed up. ### 1/5 — Games don’t track/surveys always full - fix all of it *2026-08-13* NONE of the games track to give you points. I have downloaded them through the branded app and it says they weren’t even downloaded. Almost all the high paying surveys always say they are full. Took me about 2 months to earn all of $100. This is such a waste of time. Customer service is no help and just says “we don’t have control over what our partners do.” Thanks for wasting so much of my time. **Developer response:** We’re sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. I am unable to change my phone number per app’s instructions, therefore cannot redeem points. ### 1/5 — 🙃 *2026-08-05, version 1.7.15* Everything was going well for months, now just recently like a few weeks ago I went to get on the app and it said my login was expired, the weird thing is I was on the app a few days before I had $10 worth saved up and now it’s all gone. I’ve tried to email them many times but I’ve never heard back, well now after I got in again I got kicked out for good Im not sure why tbh but, i made $4 worth this time and then I try to log back in and it won’t let me and yet again I tried to email then and I haven’t heard back from them yet again. ### 1/5 — These guys have thieves *2026-07-29, version 1.7.15* I have filled out a number of surveys on and off over the past several months with zero issue. Then I put into withdraw a little over $40 of my winnings, and they denied it, and then told me I’m no longer able to participate in any Branded Surveys.
