Cannot change anything as a admin can’t add users Ect

Won’t let me log in through my phone, every time I try to it says invalid email or pass word and then when I try resetting the pass word it still says invalid password. I know for a fact this is incorrect because I log in on my laptop with the same password every single day for work. Extremely frustrating I can’t just use it working off of my phone and must bring my lap top with me everywhere.
