I'm going to report you for fraud and thieves. They charged me twice and the app does not give me access. I have contacted them and they never respond. Today is diwali and i was unable to deliver anything to my clients. For Quality - I will give 3.5 (*****) star rating. As they are providing more number of frames and images but it is useless because although some of the frames are so so good but it is not matching with our background and color combination and you can only download limited videos for story so make your mind always active before downloading any video or image as limitation is there For Service - i will give 3(***) star. I had enquired 5 to 6 companies for this type of images and videos but, for price and for Kirtan Thakkar sir’s two words I had selected this and those two words were *Service and Quality*. I was not getting service from frame as well as from Technical department till Sumit Sir comes in the picture. He is polite and good even at least listen someone. I argue Sumit sir please provide more number of frames so that I can have good number of choices. Please give 100% sir. Thank you For Improvement - once subscription is completed make a simple call or zoom session with client for getting them know about all facilities provided by you and also how to use application. Even spend one to two hours with Clients for knowing their need and prepare frame as per their need and make 5 to 10 frame as per their need so next time within I think same month any client will not disturb anyone and smoothly process will b going on. I am not review experts but tried to give genuine review so client can choose you and you can even improve your system. Above review as per my experience and my knowledge.
