The BrandSource Dealer's App gives BrandSource members the the tools necessary to help the consumer on the sales floor. This app includes: Spec Sheets: You can now print store brand spec sheets to hand to the consumer so they can have a copy of the information. Dealer specific price levels: You can set price levels for your salesmen to sell from based on cost. Now one less thing to leave the customer for. New Email share feature for appliances: You can now email the consumer information about the product, including documentation, all from the app. Price comparison: This will help you to make sure you are always competitive on price compared to what the Big Box stores are selling at. Now for CE as well as appliances!!! Brochures: The dealer can choose to add as many product items as they choose (both appliances and electronics) to a list to go into a brochure. They can then share the brochure by either printing, or emailing it. Price tags: Have a quick price change? Find the product in the app and press print price tag. You can now choose from over 15 tag templates. Printing tags are a breeze with the Brand Source Dealer App. Weekly Newsletter: The BrandSource weekly newsletter has a ton of valuable information, but printing it off for each salesman can get expensive. With the Brand Source Dealers app, all of that information is available to you at your fingertips. BrandSource specials: All the BrandSource promotions that are online can now be printed from your iOS device. Furniture: The BrandSource Dealers App now includes Furniture and Bedding! Your sales staff can now access information on Furniture and Bedding items the same way they access facts on Appliances and Electronics. Details such as fabric and upholstery, construction and warranty, dimensions, style elements, and other items within the same collection are literally at your fingertips. Rebates: Tired of missing out on a sale because you forgot about a rebate? Never again will that happen, because now you can find all the rebates being offered for a product just when looking at at product. Expert Warehouse quantities: Needs to check if Expert Warehouse has that item in stock? It’s horrible! I doesn’t recognize emails/passwords so I can’t log in or change my password. This app is trash! I’d give 0 stars if possible ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2025-01-21* Trash ap, 1 star is about 5 stars too many. ### 1/5 — Won’t start *2023-08-04* The app just freezes while trying to open it. ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS!!! *2023-07-07* I downloaded this app for one reason so that I could find local stores to use my Brand Source Credit Card. First off, I don’t see any intelligent reason why I need to provide an email address and a password just to search for stores and products. I think that it’s absolutely ridiculous that when you enter your email address, that you can not immediately enter your password because of the way this app was set up. The password portion does not remain in your line of sight or view and before you know it, you have to start all over again and I have yet to sign in just to see what I can purchase from this store. This app just don’t work. At this point, I’m contacting the credit card issuer and telling them to shove this credit card where the sign don’t shine. Please keep in mind too that I don’t see any valid or legitimate reason why this app wants or needs to keep track of your location when your not actually using this app. I do not agree with any app that has that much access to your personal, private and privileged information, location and data. This is certainly overreach and overkill for an appliance store. With regards to this app, I feel that it is absolutely horrible and a complete waste of time and effort! ### 1/5 — Sorry App *2023-03-20* Don’t deserve one star. Tried to pay bill on line over and over. This app won’t do ANYTHING. It shows blank email and blank password but won’t do anything else. I GIVE UP. When you try to log in, the fonts are so large that you can’t see the box to log in and when try to log in from your phone app of saved passwords it Says log information doesn’t match when I just set up the app and you don’t have the option to reset your password or verify your account. NEEDS WORK TO FIX!!!!! ### 1/5 — Awful app *2021-04-23* This thing won’t even allow me to get started. After entering user name it freezes up won’t even allow me to enter password.
