Typed in Toronto Pearson International Airport gave me an rate and booked it. When we got in the taxi the driver said sorry that’s wrong the rate is double because the map had Toronto airport in Hamilton. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2018-12-01, version 5.5.34* Poor service... have been using brant taxi for 6 years when I need a cab, waited over an hour for a taxi, used the app to book a cab 40 minutes in advance and no show, called to book one since it still wasn’t showing I had been assigned a cab for when I booked it, took me 5 tries to get someone to answer, I get that you guys are busy but at least let customers know you guys are busy so it’ll be a bit of a wait instead of them having to wait around and be late for work or appointments ### 1/5 — Use Uber!!! Brant Taxi = brutal service *2018-06-16, version 3.19.34* 5 visibly available cars who wouldn’t accept my request. Finally after 15 min, “vehicle 1” got assigned to me and was supposedly 9 minutes away. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, it hadn’t moved... I cancelled and booked an Uber.. it was at my door in 6 minutes.
