Please add a spot for names on each order. We hate having to open up others’ food to figure out who’s is who’s. Also at least one order is wrong or something is missing. (I understand that’s a restaurant problem, not the app. But if there is a spot to put a name, I could quickly check and make sure everything was there.) ### 2/5 — Order Modifications *2025-05-14, version 2.3* I love all of your restaurants but hate that in the app I cannot make modifications. Ex: Breakfast burrito. I just want extra salsa every time. No way to order that in the app. There isn’t even a place to type a modification. What if a person is allergic to one ingredient. Awful app. *2022-02-06, version 2.1* I rarely use this app without encountering a new problem. It resets pickup time. It says ASAP pickup is all booked up—at 2pm on a Tuesday. Most recently, I tapped “edit” on an order that went through, but backed out of that and got my original order. Unfortunately now I can’t use the app because it forever thinks I’m editing the original order. From two weeks ago. Even if I cancel out and start a new order. Even if I choose a new location. No matter what. Error. The app is bricked. ### 4/5 — Works great, has a bit of a bug *2021-09-17, version 2.1* I use this app every week to order from Northstar, and it works very well. Never lets me down. Well, almost never. I’ve noticed a bit of a bug which has bitten me a couple times now. When you launch the app, select a “scheduled” time for pickup and schedule a particular time in the future for pickup. Then, from the “recent orders” section, select a recent order and tap “Reorder now”. Once you do this, your “scheduled” pickup time that you previously set is switched to “ASAP”. And if you don’t realize this before checking out, you’ve just placed an order for pickup ASAP with your only recourse being to call the restaurant directly to apologize and correct the pickup time. Because as an ASAP order, there is no option within the app to cancel. Would also be great if you could just remember the Make/Model/color of my car. I get that could potentially change depending on who’s driving, but you already remember my name, phone number, credit card info, and everything I’ve ever ordered. It’s just a bit of a pain having to manually enter my car info every single time. Use the last entered car, and people can change it if need be. ### 4/5 — Love & Broken Hearts *2021-08-26, version 2.1* Northstar, Brassica and Third & Hollywood, you stole my heart from the beginning and you will always have it. Time for a “but”… But, my heart is more than slightly broken now that my favorite Northstar salad (Townsfair, aka other names at other locations) is gone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back. There are other also delicious options, and I get needing to refresh a menu occasionally, but it’s like I was dating the man of my dreams and we broke up and I’m dating his wonderful brother… great but not the same. And about the app, it works great no issues other than I’m not able to add tofu to the Greenville salad. Designed by amateurs, perhaps relatives of the restaurant owners? Went with another restaurant. Fix your app, folks! This is a bug that needs to be fixed on the app and website - I’ve called the restaurant multiple times and there is availability but they can’t help since you can no longer place orders over the phone. I mean embarrassingly bad. I have no idea how the folks behind these restaurants are ok with this abomination of an app be associated with and tarnish their name. You are losing good customers that like your food by limiting food items on weekends to only your brunch menu. Very frustrating. There is also a confusing “full menu” toggle which makes thins worse. This combined with the phone number no longer accepting orders (or getting to talk to a human in general), makes this a tough choice in the myriad of other food options. In-store dining is good though. ### 1/5 — Can’t use gift cards *2022-01-16, version 2.1* Purchased gift cards for the Holidays and was told they’d be good for online and in store. The App and Website both have sections to use as a payment option, the balance of the gift card shows up on the order checkout, but when submitted the order the site/app declines the order stating the card details are invalid EVEN THOUGH MY BALANCE DISPLAYS. If gift cards cannot be used, then remove this section as a valid payment option. ### 1/5 — Not easy, not helpful *2021-11-02, version 2.1* I would love to use the app to place a delivery order, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. It says it’s going to work then it’s like never mind we won’t deliver anywhere!!! But it’s an option…. There’s no help and no one to contact so I will have to pass on these restaurants looking forward. ### 1/5 — Really alright *2021-08-19, version 2.1* This app is all over the place. The scroll menu at the top doesn’t land correctly upon tapping. I’m almost sure their available times section is broken or they really are busy?? No matter what time you click… the pickup time is always unavailable. The past five times I’ve tried to order from the app I’ve given up just drive and walk into a slightly busy restaurant. Foods always good. But this app is a hoooooot mess. Has been for a bit too. ### 1/5 — Be careful *2021-06-27, version 1.14* This is the first app I have used that tricked me for money. I order takeout a lot and use apps like this but this one is different. I don’t tip for takeout. No other app forces it either. This one on the other hand is the exception because when you go to finish the order and click order it automatically puts in a tip suggested amount. That I feel is messed up because not everyone will be looking for that. Yes have the option for me to give a tip but don’t just put it in for us. This is feel is stealing and very unfair. Feels almost like the scam calls when you know someone is going to be deceived.
