Wenn Vater oder Mutter ihr Handy nutzt sieht der andere Partner den Verlauf nicht bei sich im Handy. Dafür alleine überlege ich das Produkt direkt wieder einzupacken und zurückzugeben. Die Verbindung zum Gerät ist unmöglich herzustellen! iOS und die App sind auf dem. Neusten Stand. Der Assistent zur Verbindung startete aber sobald die Bluetooth Verbindung aufgebaut werden soll erhält man den Fehlercode 20007. Dabei wurden mehrfach die Lösungsvorschläge durchgeführt. Der Fehler bleibt bestehen. Ich habe es unter iOS und unter Android ausprobiert, mit mehreren Geräten, sogar das Thermometer habe ich umgetauscht und trotzdem verbindet sich die App einfach nicht per Bluetooth mit dem Thermometer. Support angeschrieben, jedoch ohne Rückmeldung. Ich werde konsequent ignoriert. Sehr traurig, von der Marke Braun, die doch immer für Qualität stand. I paid extra for the 7+ version specifically for this feature. Unfortunately, after purchasing it, I discovered that the Braun Family Care app is not supported in Qatar. The app simply displays “Country Not Supported” and tells me to remove it from the device. This is extremely disappointing. If a major advertised feature of a premium model is unavailable in the country where the product is sold, this should be clearly stated before purchase. The thermometer itself may work perfectly well, but I could have bought a cheaper non-connected model if I knew the connectivity feature would be unusable. Mit der Version 2 hat sich die App sehr verbessert. Daten können in die eigene iCloud weggesichert werden, nicht auf fremden Servern. Und die Apple Health Anbindung ist jetzt auch drin. Great work, Team! ### 5/5 — Good app and syncing *2025-12-02* I bought the device primarily to observe my son’s fevers. The app and the device paired very quickly for me. I can record multiple temps and they all (have done max 4 so far) sync at once. I like being able to add medications (paracetamol/ibuprofen) in the timeline. This is a great companion app for tracking fever through the night. I would like to see better charting/plotting of the data. I don’t find it easy to zoom and pan in the current plot - dev team? App works well with it, and has solidly useful functionality. *2025-08-16* Provides basic but very solid functionality for the Braun Thermoscan 7+ Well laid out and works very fine without any identifiable issues or bugs. No complaints. A nice added feature is the ability to record meds given along side the temp logs. Helps track med intervals and see a correlation between meds and temp. +1 for that. One suggestion, add capabilities to change color or icon of the med on the timeline chart. For instance Advil and Tylenol are often given in overlapping schedules. Colors or different icons would help distinguish those from each other at a glance. Also, I would also add a “time from last med” of a particular type to help keep Tylenol or other on demand meds separated appropriately. Lastly, I suggest allowing the timeline chart to slide back to a previous day for extended illness. I only seem to be able to see the current day in the chart, but can see all entries in the log list. ### 5/5 — Einfach zu bedienen *2024-10-22* Ich bin total begeistert von der Braun Family Care App! Endlich kann ich die Temperatur meiner Kinder problemlos im Blick behalten und muss mir keine Sorgen mehr machen, etwas zu vergessen. Die automatische Synchronisierung mit dem Thermometer spart mir so viel Stress, besonders nachts, wenn ich einfach schnell nachschauen will, wie sich das Fieber entwickelt. Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen, und ich finde es toll, dass ich die Verläufe für jeden in der Familie separat speichern kann.
