Wenn das der Trick ist, gerne. Bluetooth Funktion mangelhaft. Gerät synchronisiert selten mit der der App Ansonsten schöne, übersichtliche Darstellung ### 3/5 — Keine Besserung durch Update *2026-03-29, version 2.4.2* Habe jetzt das Update und seitdem vermisse ich eine bestimmte Funktion: wenn die Besuch schiefgegangen ist, wurde das bisher durch ein gebrochenes Herz angezeigt und das zeigt in der App gar nicht mehr an. Hier stehen alle Werte ganz normal drin und ich kann jetzt nicht mehr sehen, ob es richtig oder falsch gemessen hat. Finde ich sehr verwirrend. ### 4/5 — Apple Health Support is Back *2026-03-17, version 2.4.2* UPDATE: ok, it’s an unremarkable app but it’s solid and does what I need. 4 stars. Can never get 5 because of the previous situation. UPDATE: Well Apple Health support is back. Wasn’t super thrilled about being gaslit about this from their support team but I’m really happy it’s back. I’ve bumped to 3 stars. Is a solid app so could go higher. I’ll review again after using the new version for a little while. Thanks to the team for bringing this back. —- Have used this for years and bought specifically for the Apple Health integration. That seems to have gone. Also, it took me four goes to register a single reading. This is a medical device and the app needs to be treated with more care. Looks pretty but boy the current release is poor. UPDATE: bizarre reply from Helen of Troy email support for this product “I understood your inquiry, however, I provided the information we have on the matter. The syncing of the data was not something that the app was built for, it happened due to an app synchronization in previous versions. We do not have information about such a returning functionality, unfortunately.” As a developer myself, I simply can’t understand why this was not reimplemented in the new app. It would only take a few hours to implement. Either cost cutting or trying to create a moat around the data for commercial reasons. Neither is great for the customer. I have a great many Braun products (shavers, o2 monitors, toothbrushes, etc) but this experience has made me think I will not be buying any more. I’ll look to other manufacturers such as Withings for better long term support of their supporting apps. ### 1/5 — Incompatible *2026-03-06, version 2.4.2* Plus compatible avec santé.app d’Apple !!! ### 2/5 — It stop working *2026-02-24* It all started well and after a few reading it stopped updloading them to my iPhone, i have deleites and installed it severas times to no avail. ### 2/5 — Fails to sync all results *2026-02-21, version 2.4.2* The hardware seems to work, however it was bought on the premise that I could manage data via the app, and share with healthcare professionals. However, the app fails to sync all readings, and even when it does you cannot export the raw data (old a PDF). It's a poor app, wish I had not bought the device, very poor overall. ### 4/5 — Generally a pretty good app but... *2026-01-03, version 2.4.2* The app links to the blood pressure measuring device correctly, the results get transferred. The statistics are weirdly presented graphically though - as mean values and there is no option to get visuals for the actual ones - fortunately, the app can be connected to AppleHealth, where visualizations are more intuitive. There is a possibility to add notes to each recorded result, weirldly though again - as in order to see their contents one needs to enter each particular record, while there is enough place on the screen to just display them directly along the messured values in the list. I am surprised that during the COVID-19 mayhem you failed to deliver a Bluetooth version of your decent pulseoximeter and add the import of the readings to this app, while even now it woud be a really significant added market value. ### 1/5 — Don’t update *2026-01-03, version 2.4.2* Program shuts down I updated this prior to Christmas 2025. It was working fine prior to that and I was able to send my doctor readings which was really important since updating. I open the program. I’ve synced it but now when I open the program, it just blows me out and shuts down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still the same blowing me out of the program. Is this going to be fixed? ### 3/5 — Endlich wieder Apple Health Sync *2025-12-20, version 2.4.2* Ich wollte die App eigentlich löschen, da die Entwickler den Sync vor langer Zeit kaputt gemacht haben und scheinbar die ganzen 1Sterne-Bewertungen ignoriert haben. Dadurch war die App für mich nutzlos. Jetzt wird der Sync endlich wieder unterstützt und bekommt eine zweite Chance. It’s pretty useless now. It worked well before. That was the entire basis of purchasing the specific model. I even uninstalled the app a couple of times. ### 1/5 — Date and time stamps are wrong *2026-07-21* Date and time stamps are wrong most of the time! One day in advance, one day behind. This is a ridiculous lack of quality control and a disgrace for a brand like Braun. ### 1/5 — App does not connect via Bluetooth *2026-07-15* Latest version of IOS and latest version of the Braun Healthy Heart App wont work to connect to a brand new ExactFit 2 connect. Tried multiple times and yes, I even removed and re-inserted batteries and restarted my iPhone 16 Pro. For a core functionality that is excessively marketed to completely fail like this is pretty embarrassing. Six months ago I noticed it was no longer connecting with my device. It was suggested to me six months ago there was awareness of the problem and a fix was being worked on. Pairing and syncing can be frustrating, and the user experience is not good enough for a health-related product. A blood pressure app should be simple, stable, and dependable. Let me first say, after playing around with the app - The Braun Healthy Heart app MUST BE OPEN on your iph while taking your blood pressure in order for the Bluetooth on the blood pressure machine to transfer your BP reading to your iPhone Braun app. Once this very easy step has been followed, then the Braun app on your iph will transfer these BP readings to your Apple Health app. - it does take a minute or less. Pure & simple - open your Braun app while taking your BP & everything works as advertised. So far, it’s working just fine on my iph 13 max pro. If this changes on me down the road, I’ll take some stars away & report differently. It has saved me the time of having to log the readings myself & I tend to check my BP more often for this reason. For the record, I’m using the Braun ExactFit 2 connect, bought at Walmart for around 42.00. Update: So after a week of using, the Bluetooth dropped. Not seeing what all the drama in the reviews is about. It takes like a whole 8 seconds to reconnect it. Not finding this a big deal, still like the app, it saves me from having to enter the data & it transfers the data to the Apple Health app with no issues. Update one month or so later: It’s a great app, the bad reviews have no merit in my books. Today the bluetooth dropped, but because the supplied batteries have died. Love that all the data syncs to my Apple health - no transposing errors. In fact I pdf the Apple health data to my Dr., & the data came from this app - it automatically transfers the data to Apple health. It’s a time savor, I would highly recommend this app!
