The only way I’ve found to fix is to completely delete the body part and add back but then my session counts are wrong :( ### 3/5 — Having a problem *2026-07-25, version 3.3.2* When I press the button it doesn’t flash for sevral times ### 2/5 — Does not work as expected *2026-06-02, version 3.3.1* It does not work for every part of my body ### 2/5 — Frustrating to use *2026-05-22* I started using my Epil expert epilator before downloading the app and I noted my session in a note app. I wanted to add the session I had do before on the Braun app but it’s not possible. Also if you forget to add a new body part you can’t add it on the app if the datr has passed. Also, once you have done a part once, you don’t need to always see the same instructions. I will go back to my notes app and not use this. I wish improvements were made because it really could be more usefull. ### 2/5 — Calendar Not Working – App Unusable *2026-03-31, version 3.2.0* I’m having a very frustrating issue with the app. The calendar is not working properly at all. It only shows previous days, while “today” and future dates are completely empty. Because of this, I can’t see my scheduled sessions or plan upcoming sessions. Even worse, the reschedule feature is broken ,the calendar appears blank and doesn’t allow me to select any date, so the button stays disabled. I tried everything: logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, and checking my internet connection. Nothing fixed the problem. This makes the app almost unusable since I can’t follow my program or track my sessions properly. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. ### 3/5 — Not the best App *2026-03-02, version 3.1.0* I’m a little frustrated using this app- it doesn’t always pair the device first try and it’s not the most straightforward process. I also dislike that it will conclude a session for me if I’m taking longer than it anticipated it would take me. Why is there a time limit for how slow I use the device on an area? Just confused behind some of the thought process with the construction of this app. Seems very basic for a skin expert IPL app. ### 2/5 — Cannot adjust start date *2026-02-17, version 3.1.0* This app opens to a calendar that pull up past dates… yet when trying to create a plan, it only allows you to start on that day’s date. You cannot adjust start date or number of sessions. I become aware of/ downloaded this app after having already started using weekly - I am sure I would not be the only person to do so. Disappointing. ### 2/5 — Meh, kinda broken *2025-12-27, version 3.1.0* The product that this pairs with works pretty well, but as is usual with app connected devices the app is clunky and basically useless. It basically just switches it between presets and logs your progress, which is somewhat useful but overall kinda meh. It scares me to think what will happen when this app stops getting updated, and it is already broken on my phone (iPhone 16e) the progress screen doesn’t scroll and i cant edit my zone profiles when im not scanning. ### 3/5 — App ist ganz gut - IPL Gerät lässt sich nicht koppeln *2025-11-29* Ich benutze das IPL Gerät mit der App schon seit knapp über einem halben Jahr. Bisher hatte immer alles ganz gut funktioniert. Seit 3-4 Wochen habe ich jedoch das Problem, dass sich das IPL Gerät nicht mehr mit der App bzw. dem iPhone 15 Pro koppeln lässt. Somit ist die Statistik in der App hinüber und ich muss das Gerät ohne App benutzen. Bei einem so teuren Gerät, erwarte ich, dass solche Funktionen mit der App besser funktionieren. ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2025-11-22, version 3.0.0* It worked until i entered my height and weight. So frustrating ### 1/5 — App continually shuts down renders expensive product totally unusable *2025-11-19, version 3.0.0* I was very excited to use this product, but I cannot even get past the start up and test. I’ve tried the app on my iPhone and iPad with the same results. I’m never able to get past the screen where you select your test area before the app shuts down I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both devices with no success. The app blinks off sometimes after a millisecond sometimes I can get through a couple screens but for as expensive as this product is, it’s really frustrating that it’s completely unusable because of this app glitch (from what I read online it seems I’m not alone). I’m equally frustrated by customer support. Online chat is not available and the chat bot directs me to call customer support between specific hours and when I call during those hours, I’m advised by a recorded message to call back after 3 PM which honestly makes no sense. I’m extremely frustrated. ### 1/5 — App ohne jegliche Funktion *2025-11-17* Heute das neue Gerät für 440 Euro erhalten. Ausgepackt, App runtergeladen und sich direkt gewundert, warum wir mit zwei Handys keine Verbindung hinbekommen. Offenbar kann man bei einem solch teuren Gerät nicht erwarten, dass sich zwei Personen das Gerät teilen? Dann es erst einmal mit nur einem Handy versucht. Das klappt zwar, danach schließt die App aber einfach, bevor man auch nur die persönlichen Daten (Geschlecht, Größe etc.) hat erfassen können. Trotz zig Versuche stürzt die App nach 1-2 Sekunden direkt wieder ab. Ohne App ist das Gerät wahrscheinlich nicht sinnvoll/sicher zu bedienen, so dass wir jetzt wohl wieder alles einpacken können und zurückschicken werden. Frustrating! ### 1/5 — Newest version undid over a year of progress *2025-12-24, version 3.1.0* My Braun IPL has worked very well for me and has done exactly what it was supposed to do (minimize the amount of hair on my body). I have been in maintenance mode for months, but now I am unable to continue my maintenance treatments because the most recent app update has complete reset my data. When I opened the app after this most recent update, the app made me re-sign in and then re-pair my Braun device. While it is lovely that I can now enter my height and weight, that really does not matter because my existing plan and all of my progress are GONE. It appears that the only recourse I have would be to start all over again which I am not about to do. I really do love how well my Braun IPL has worked for me, and I saw merit in continuing my monthly maintenance treatments, but I am not about to spend a few hours every week for 2 months (or more) to get this app back to monthly maintenance treatments. Not only does it feel like a complete waste of my time, but also I doubt that would be healthy for my body to go through all of that again when a vast majority of my body hair follicles have already been damaged by the process the first time through. Thus, Braun’s “new and improved” app has rendered my expensive Braun device useless. And, I am guessing that without those monthly maintenance doses, my body hair will slowly return. It is extremely disappointing that Braun’s app developers have done such a poor job with this most recent update. I am also guessing that I am not the only customer who is experiencing this massive problem. Perhaps the most infuriating part is that I can see no way for Braun to fix this because the data is clearly gone. Sie lässt sich schnell und einfach mit dem Gerät durch Bluetooth und Wlan verbinden. Mit der App kann man Behandlungspläne erstellen, kann man Erinnerungen einstellen, damit die nächste Behandlung nicht vergisst wird, bzw. regelmäßig mit genauen Abständen gemacht wird. Die App erfasst die für die bestimmte Körperteile gebrauchten Lichtblitze und verfolgt die bereits behandelten Hautteilen, somit blitzt nicht zweimal an der gleichen Hautfeldern.
