## What is Brave Bites?

Picky eater at your table? Brave Bites turns new foods into a game your child actually wants to play.

Research shows most kids need 8 to 15 tries before they accept a new food — but most parents give up after 3. Brave Bites counts every brave step, so you can see the progress and keep going without the battles.

MEET MUNCH
Munch is a hungry little monster who cheers every brave try. Your child tells Munch what they did with the new food — looked at it, touched it, smelled it, licked it, took a tiny bite or ate it — and Munch celebrates with stars, confetti and a happy dance.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick 1–2 "brave foods" your child doesn't eat yet
• At dinner, your child taps what they did — every step counts
• Watch each food's progress toward 15 tries
• Earn stars and unlock outfits for Munch
• Get a simple "try this next" idea for every food
• Share a win card when a food finally clicks

SNAP THE PLATE
Take a photo of the plate and Munch spots the foods, finds the brave ones and logs the try for you. Photos are never stored.

BUILT ON WHAT WORKS
No pressure, no bribes, no hiding veggies. Brave Bites follows the gentle, step-by-step "food exposure" approach that feeding experts recommend: tiny portions, one safe food on the plate, and lots of repetition.

FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
• Food passport: learning, learned and safe foods for each child
• Weekly progress chart
• Gentle dinner-time reminder
• Profiles for up to 6 kids (Pro)

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No sign-up. Your child's name, foods and progress stay on your phone.
