Has errors when I open new tab also forces me in portrait mode, this is an app for streaming who watches their videos in portrait?

The app will not let you load anything. Bought a plan just to watch a live event just to never be able to get it to load and the app (and website) kept failing and I was never able to get it to load- which is the whole reason I purchased a plan
