There was a payout that never got made in January for $350 even though I was assured they would get it done quickly. Since then, if using PayPal, I get many additional charges that I didn’t make every morning at the same time. I would caution using this app if you are using PayPal to purchase. Fraude nunca te dejan que ganes son unos ladrones una denuncia es la que se merecen estafadores ### 1/5 — Non Existent Customer Support *2025-01-22* There’s absolutely NO customer support if you have an issue, want to check on a withdrawal or simply ask a question. They offer to “VIP Bonuses” for leveling up but you can’t collect them without contacting their non existent customer support team through Messenger. After sending multiple requests for the $45 in bonus rewards I had earned but never receiving a response, I decided to give up and quit playing. It’s unfortunate because they actually have some pretty good slot games and the two withdrawals I requests I submitted were processed quickly and without any problems.
