Every time I want to check my bank account, it asks for my password even with my Face ID already connected. After the password, it asked for a second password and then it bugs.  I need to always close the app and do it again

As I try to login it tells me to verify identity, but I can’t even enter phone number after that because the keyword gets stuck

저는 중국 사람입니다.  솔직히 말하면 이 앱의 해외송금 기능이 몰랐어요. 중국 직원은 이 앱을 홍보하기 위해 서로 도와달라고 했습니다. 저는 등록하고 추천번호를 적어했습니다. 하지만 등록 완료 후에 그 사람은 사라졌어요. 이렇게 홍보하는 방법은 추천하지 않습니다.

브라보로또 여러번 당첨했는데 후기 남길 수 없고 고객센터 문의 했더니 계좌 있어야 참여 가능하다구요. 결국 계좌까지 신청하고 그래도 후기 남길 수 없어요 ㅜㅜㅜ  개인정보만 나가는 느낌이네. 어이없네요.

이 앱 깔고 신청하면 된다고 거짓말함,
신용점수 좋고 빚도 없는데 다 작성하고 나면 대출 불가 뜸, 
고객센터에 물어보면 시스템에서 결정난거라 구체적인 이유는 모른다고 함, 
결국 개인정보 및 앱 사용자만 늘리려는 목적이 너무 보여
이 은행 서비스 다신 이용 안 할 생각입니다.

I was just forced by the app to re-register for the second time (three total registrations), and I've lost all of my points...again. I can't seem to access anything I've done previously related to Jeonbuk Bank. Almost all the correspondence I receive is in Korean, so I don't know what's going on.

I have never seen more racist advertising in Korea than from this app. Bravo Korea constantly uses the image of foreigners as stupid, poor laborers. Almost every single ad I see — dozens of times a day — features a dark-skinned foreigner contrasted with a light-skinned Korean person, always implying that Koreans are superior.

This is not just insensitive, it’s disgusting. It reinforces stereotypes and promotes racial discrimination instead of diversity or respect. Korea is a multicultural country now, and such advertising only deepens prejudice and division.

Whoever is responsible for these campaigns should be ashamed. Foreign residents deserve to be represented with dignity, not mocked and humiliated for cheap engagement.
