I was sent money more than a week ago. It right away showed up in my bravo account but never went to my bank! There’s no one to talk to! They have no customer support whatsoever! Just hope they didn’t just rob me… beware!

The app is very useful and the goal to the help the cashless has been achieved nicely. 

However, I received a tip and some payments last week from customers of mine and till now it never got deposited to my bank. I opened a ticket with support bravo and no one got back to me about the payments. 

I was forced to change my bank on the app and still nothing. It’s like a rip off to me. I can’t provide proof of pics on this review here. Sep 20th 2022

I use the app as a paperless way to pay for things but recently I had an issue with a vendor. I contacted support and they worked as a great mediator between us, even when the issue wasn’t resolved with the vendo Bravo took care of it on their end. Overall excellent app even if just for customer service alone.

Haven’t been able to open the app since upgrading to iOS 14. Crashes immediately every time. I’ve closed out the app, restarted the phone, etc. No luck. 

Disappointing. The idea had promise.

Just downloaded it and tried to sign in with FB and get an immediate error with sign-in that i cant even decode. Fix it and I might be back.

For a Shark Tank supported app I would have expected this to be completely polished and ready to go
