However, I received a tip and some payments last week from customers of mine and till now it never got deposited to my bank. I opened a ticket with support bravo and no one got back to me about the payments. I was forced to change my bank on the app and still nothing. It’s like a rip off to me. I can’t provide proof of pics on this review here. Sep 20th 2022 ### 2/5 — Constant crashes *2020-10-02, version 4.2.0* Haven’t been able to open the app since upgrading to iOS 14. Crashes immediately every time. I’ve closed out the app, restarted the phone, etc. No luck. Disappointing. However when I went to send money to a friend, I soon realized their major flaw. Bravo charges you a fee for any transaction sent! The percentages of the fees are completely whack. They will never be able to complete with the like of cash app and venmo if they continue charging fees. ### 5/5 — Ditch Cash App *2019-03-06, version 3.1.4* Cash app took $300 from my account and never gave it back in spite of tweets and calls to the customer service so I was super excited when I was introduced to Bravo. It right away showed up in my bravo account but never went to my bank! There’s no one to talk to! They have no customer support whatsoever! So the app doesn’t do a single thing as advertised. I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails and I have searched for an hour for a customer service number to call! Don’t use this app, it’s a joke! ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2018-11-07, version 3.1.4* Total waste of time. I tried several times to leave a tip for someone. Whenever I click the button to leave the tip, nothing happens. Deleting the app. — In response to the developer - I did create an account and added my credit card information. Bravo is in fact available in my city and I was using it at a restaurant that advertises Bravo and the valet person gave me his name. I tried to tip him many times and nothing happened on the app when I clicked the button to tip him. You did not find my account because I immediately deleted it and the app since it didn’t work. This isn’t a random review — I used the app and it failed. **Developer response:** Dear Kristin, we looked at the database and could not find your account. It does not exist in our database. Please understand several things: 1. BRAVO is not available in several geographic locations and countries at the moment. If you couldn't open an account, this might be the reason; 2. Please provide app reviews only if you really created an account and used BRAVO and not randomly without creating an account. ### 1/5 — Don’t Try It *2018-10-19, version 3.1.4* I set up an account to send money. The receiver set up an acct w/ their banking info to receive money. I sent funds through the app on a Monday. Wednesday I see an email from Bravo Support stating that they need a copy of my ID and a credit card statement. I sent it to them the same day, Wednesday. It’s now Friday! They are sending the same evidence request email they sent on Wednesday, NO ONE answers their phone whether you press 1-technical help, 2-acct help or 3-sales; I’ve been calling since Tuesday. This app and the company are a big headache! Going back to PayPal. **Developer response:** Dear Zperi, I have looked at this particular case and discussed with our customer support team who communicated with you about the specific transaction issue which is not discussed on your review. As far as communication, the are several e-mail from our support team to you even over a week-end which looks like fairly good communication. In terms of the payment, as you know, the issue was that your payment was not approved pending information to confirm the account holder and payment. Our team sent you an e-mail requesting user ID to confirm account and card owner on a promptly manner on Wednesday 10/17/18. You reached out to our support team on 10/17/18 and sent the requested information on Thursday 10/18/18. The payment was approved the same day.
