Scanning any QR code is a struggle. Information doesn’t transfer over from citations to warnings tab and will need to go through the rescan struggle and reenter again. App. also will have occasional glitches and switch tickets to warnings or vice versa. Note section have character limit which sometimes is not enough when there are multiple charges to document circumstances of violations. For several years, this app remains the same with no updates to improve performance and user experience.

Does not scan the new VA issued bar codes and worse at night with the ones it can scan

We just had our phones upgraded to iPhone 13 and it is almost impossible to scan any license. It is hot and miss, no matter the time of the day but worse at night.
