Turn your personal driveway or garage into an income producing asset. This app will enable you to post a rental time period for a potential tenant to choose from. The tennant will enter the start and end time of their rental at an agreed cost. They will be billed on their credit card. A landlord who lives close to a venu such as an Arena, theatre or even an airport can offer parking service. A user can search for a driveway rental in the app, and have it pull up a google map of all the available driveways for rental. The landlord will be notified via email once a tenant decides to rent. The landlord can cancel this rental without penalty if he does so more than half hour before the tenant arrives.
