will not scan screen no matter what zoom level

Stays on screen saying swipe up to zoom and down to zoom out…. I mounted my phone on a tripod thinking I wasn’t hold my phone steady…. I was wrong!!! ITS JUST JUNK!
I can’t give zero stars or I would!!!

Worked first few times. Would not give you the optimal reward. 

Stopped working after few days no matter what I try.

**Developer response:** Hi, I am sorry it doesn’t work for you. Would you be willing to help me investigate why? I could fix it so it works in scenarios like yours. Also there might not be an “optimal” reward you are waiting for.
