It’s us.” Technical issues every time I try to login, regardless of updating the app multiple times. What’s the point of the app if I have to go back to the website to get anything done. ### 3/5 — No notification *2026-09-01, version 5.8.3* Like the app but there’s no notification? Other credit card apps give notifications ( like when the card was charged you will get the notification). Then charged $30 late payment fee and $3 minimum interest fee for payment being five days late. Really wish I’d never open the card! Locks me out because of wrong password. When I do lost password and try to re enter the password it says is wrong, it says can’t use same password. I’ve had nothing but nightmares trying to login forgetting my password, not finding the Burlington app, forgetting that it was Bread and not Commetety bank, blah blah blah so much easier now. ### 1/5 — If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. *2026-08-24, version 5.8.2* The update broke the app. This app constantly has upsets and causes it to be a pain to use at times, but I like when it works, just annoying having to upset it once a month when I’m simply trying to check something. Don’t fix it if it isn’t broke. Here again to update the review because I’m required to update the app for probably the 100th time in two years. August 24th, another update. ### 3/5 — Clean but picky *2026-08-24, version 5.8.2* Fairly easy to use app. Love that always updating, but irritating that I can’t log in until I update. An update with minor bug fixes and performance updates shouldn’t lock me out of the app or force an update via network instead of WiFi. This seems to happen every time to every other time I try logging in. This behavior does not occur with any of my other applications, where I can log in and do my business then update afterwards. ### 1/5 — Hard to access different cards *2026-08-24, version 5.8.2* Why do i have to have a different login for different store cards? But this is the worse of all my credit card apps. You can’t even set up notifications like when your card is used or when you’re close to your limit. I have been unable to redeem my rewards points for months and they never respond to my messages. I’m going to change credit cards it’s so bad.
