## What is Bread Lab?

Start a guided exploration through bread recipes and move you bread making to the next level with Bread Lab.

Bread Lab lets you personalize your recipes by changing ingredients, serving, and baker's percentages.  This way you can create new recipes with different hydration and different starters and enjoy the distinct flavours coming from biga or poolish.  Bread Lab can also list the most common bread recipes, from Italian focaccia to Chinese bao buns, to simplify your exploration for the perfect dough.
