I order a lot of the same things every week. One thing that’s a bit annoying though is that if I want to reorder something I have to go to account then activity history then past orders and then find it there. It works but it’s kind of too many steps. It would be really nice if there was just a reorder button or quick list of previous items on the main page. Their Majdool Basbousa is to die for!! I don’t usually write reviews but breadfast deserves it for their stellar service. I love their reliability. It is not only about fast delivery but more importantly about the accurate estimate of delivery time, which always puts me at ease. Then there is the quality of the products themselves. They stock up on the best products (the coffee can be better though) and their bakeries, patisseries and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious (make sure to try the spicy mango salmon, if you can find it, it is made fresh and sells fast). Their prices may be on the upper range. But this is fine because of the quality of the products and the peace of mind that comes with their reliable service. They also have frequent wonderful offers, whether it is free delivery, discounts, or (my favorite) cash back (btw if any of the team is reading this, last time you gave me 50% cash back instead of 30, and with that you bought my loyalty 😂). So probably you will be overall paying less for better. The one thing that needs to improve (aside from the coffee) is that mistakes happen more than they should. I ordered a perfume, paid online in full, and the item was never delivered. Customer service has been completely unhelpful despite multiple follow-ups asking either for a refund or for the missing item to be sent. It’s unacceptable to charge customers for products they never receive and then ignore the issue instead of resolving it professionally.
