It crashes without any message when I tap the icon to open it and then select “new breadboard”. The breadboard flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second before disappearing. This is disappointing. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2025-04-05, version 1.200* Keeps crashing when I try to start a new breadboard. ### 4/5 — LED's *2025-02-18* I am a student currently studying lasers and optics, this app has been helpful when I cannot get to a computer to get a feel for circuits. Currently I need to build a circuit using LED's and am unable to find any in the app. ### 2/5 — Not enough capablity *2025-02-07* I love the app, it’s just there is no output besides maybe the oscilloscope. Will not allow me to access components. I’m going to find an app that does. ### 1/5 — Odd design choices! *2025-12-30* It's a virtual breadboard that works on iPads. A breadboard is smaller than an iPad, so I would expect there to be a view that lets you see the whole breadboard. Not the case here. The farthest you can zoom out is '100%' but that shows you less than half of the breadboard. You can see 26 pins of a 60-pin breadboard on a 13" iPad. The pins are 0.1" apart. So you're zoomed in on a 2.6" view of a 6" breadboad. And you can't zoom out any farther to see more of the breadboard. But you can zoom in even more if you want things bigger! You can zoom in to 250% and then you're only seeing a 1" section of the breadboard. Thirdly, a basic electronics handbook that had basic circuits and their calculations would be phenomenal. Lastly, as many people have asked before, LEDs with switches will be great as well! The variety of options available is amazing and the amount of feedback you get, even on the free version, is good. I think the 3 star rating as of this review does not show how good this app actually is. However, there are two things that could be improved. The first is adding an overview of all the components available, and, say, drag and drop them onto a canvas. The other is that when adding a capacitor, it consistently crashes. I don’t know if this is a problem with my iPad or if anyone else experiences it. To be frank regarding why I currently use a subscription payment: I don't want to make a promise I can't keep, and I always promise to support the app through the end of everyone's subscription.
