Keeping a budget starts with keeping your transactions up to date. Breadsheet gives you a few quick ways to record daily spending. Say what you spent, scan a receipt, enter it manually, or write a short message to the assistant. Voice and receipt results are saved to your local ledger after processing, then opened for review so you can correct or remove them. Assistant transaction suggestions remain drafts until you save them. Breadsheet uses a limited set of relevant spending information to prepare a clear answer. FOLLOW YOUR BUDGETS Set monthly budgets by category and see how much has been spent and how much remains. SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES Review monthly totals, category breakdowns, income, expenses, and recent activity from the dashboard and insights screens. MANAGE EVERYDAY FINANCES Breadsheet includes multiple accounts, cash wallets, transfers, recurring transactions, custom categories, notes, and transaction search. IMPORT AND EXPORT CSV FILES Import transactions from Mint, YNAB, or another CSV export. Export your Breadsheet transactions whenever you want a separate copy. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED Your primary financial ledger is stored in the app's local database. Breadsheet does not operate a financial-data sync service. If device backup is enabled, iOS may include app data in an iCloud or device backup. You can use the free plan without social sign-in. Breadsheet creates a random account identifier for AI limits, purchase access, and account deletion. Google or Apple sign-in is required when you purchase Pro and lets Breadsheet restore your purchase after reinstalling or moving to another phone. Voice entry sends the recording, category names, and a short payee/category history for processing. Receipt scanning sends the image with similar hints. The assistant sends your message, recent chat text and attachments, account and category summaries, and a limited window of recent transactions needed to answer the request. AI requests are processed through Breadsheet's secure backend and Google Gemini. Breadsheet keeps retry results and receipt uploads only temporarily and keeps non-content operational records for a limited period. Firebase Analytics collects coarse app interaction and device information. Full details, retention periods, and deletion instructions are available in the privacy policy. FREE AND PRO Manual tracking, budgets, insights, accounts, recurring transactions, and CSV import and export are included in the free plan. Breadsheet Pro unlocks unlimited voice entries, receipt scans, and assistant questions. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
