## What is Breadsheet?

Keeping a budget starts with keeping your transactions up to date. Breadsheet gives you a few quick ways to record daily spending.

Tap it in by hand, say what you spent, scan a receipt, or write a short message to the assistant. Voice and receipt results are saved to your local ledger after processing, then opened for review so you can correct or remove them. Assistant transaction suggestions remain drafts until you save them.

ADD EXPENSES YOUR WAY

• Manual entry logs a transaction in a few taps, with control over every field
• Voice entry records a transaction from a short recording
• Receipt scanning reads the merchant, total, date, and available line items
• The assistant can prepare a draft transaction from a sentence

Ask questions about categories, recent purchases, subscriptions, account balances, and budget progress. Breadsheet uses a limited set of relevant spending information to prepare a clear answer.

Set monthly budgets by category and see how much has been spent and how much remains. Give every category its own monthly limit, whether you budget by category or by cash envelope.

SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

Review monthly totals, category breakdowns, income, expenses, and recent activity from the dashboard and insights screens.

MANAGE EVERYDAY FINANCES

Breadsheet includes multiple accounts, cash wallets, transfers, recurring transactions, custom categories, notes, and transaction search.

IMPORT AND EXPORT CSV FILES

Import transactions from Mint, YNAB, or another CSV export. Export your Breadsheet transactions whenever you want a separate copy.

FREE AND PRO

Manual tracking, budgets, insights, accounts, recurring transactions, and CSV import and export are included in the free plan. You can run Breadsheet as a fully manual tracker and never use an AI feature.

Breadsheet Pro unlocks unlimited voice entries, receipt scans, and assistant questions. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
