However, it’s incredulous that the app can be unstable due to high usage volume. I bought the store credit but was unable to use it. I was told to wait for 10 minutes. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number, and used to set a new password. So far, so good. Upon logging in with my mobile number and new password, I am told the credentials don't match. Tried many times with the same result. I am sure it is not due to a mistake on my part. Tried reset password twice and still prompt that mobile and password incorrect. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. Could you please explain why this keeps happening? It seems the app has recurring problems and shouldn’t be relied upon if payments can’t be processed properly. But unable to update and I still have not received my birthday privileges. Lousy app and very frustrating to use. Hence, I tried to reset my password a few times and still unable to login. Hence, very frustrating.
