Hi app is not working properly on my iPhone after updating the software of my phone. Your app is not supporting the IOS18. Every time I need to reinstall it. Can you share your email id so that I can share the screen shot of app.

The user interface is good and elegant. I liked the types of breathing exercises provided and the custom exercise creation option. 

One star less for lack of control over duration. Not everyone can sit for 10 minutes. Or maybe someone want to do more minutes. This option can be included in the custom exercises too.

Simple to use. Clear instructions and background sounds effect can be adjusted even with the free version. I like the nature bird sound. Very calm and soothing.

Customised mode is what I was missing in some similar apps.
That would be great if you could add aApple Watch support, to be able to monitor your heart beat during a practice.
